JavaScript Developer
Job responsibilities
- Create and maintain highly interactive web applications for Microsoft SharePoint platform;
- Integrate client web applications with external web services;
- Create, manage web forms and interact with backend using JavaScript technique;
- Meet with project stakeholders, discuss their vision and ideas;
- Work in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere to develop new ideas;
Required qualification
- At least 2 years of web development experience, including expertise with AJAX, JavaScript, and libraries like JQuery and JQueryUI;
- At least 2 years of HTML/ CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility;
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (REST/ SOAP, Web API and WCF);
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks and workarounds;
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint’s native JavaScript library or jQuery SPServices.js is a big advantage;
Lawyer
Job responsibilities
- Vet, negotiate, draft and formalize all contracts to be entered into by the company
- Prepare other legal documents including letters of demand and provide legal advise.
- Monitor and prepare reports for update to management on risk affecting the business and the company.
- Provide risk awareness briefings and training on methodologies and assist the business units to identify risks, assess and control risk affecting the business and company.
- To provide administrative support and assist the company’s lawyer and company with any and all parts of legal process.
- Keep abreast with new / amended company laws and update management on necessary action required.
- Follow-up with company lawyer on pending cases and latest status.
- Coordinate with account department on debtor’s and request company lawyer to issue letter of demand when necessary.
- Assist to draft, review and process various types of agreement, letters, term and conditions.
- Assist in providing legal advise/opinion to business units in contract negotiations/legal documents.
- Carry out all other functions to support the department
- Legal Executive is required to supervise the staff members of the legal department and make sure that they work efficiently on various cases (if any).
- Legal Executive needs to review the existing legal cases of the organisation and work upon resolving them.
- Legal Executive is required to review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.
- Review of contract providing commentary and reasoning on acceptability of terms negotiating any contentious points and agreeing final form contract or an agreement.
- Attend special committee meeting and offer advice as required.
- To performs other duties as assigned by the Superior or the Management
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the areas of law, legal and compliance, contracting, corporate conveyancing or litigation.
- String inter-personal skills, high self-initiative, resourceful, and attentitve to detail.
